Saisawan Villa Construction

This Construction Cost is for the construction of a standard four bedroom Garden Villa design and layout as defined in the following floor plans and elevations. The Contractor and the Employer are in the process of changing this design specifically for the needs of the Employer. This and subsequent changes and modifications shall be governed by the variations process herein contained in this agreement.
