Structural engineering for Tawan Views is performed by Connell and Wagner one of Asia Pacific’s most sought after and trusted multi-disciplinary engineering companies. They have worked with KplusK on previously architecturally challenging project and are assisting us on the design and construction of Tawan Views.
Napawan were one of the first private developments in Phuket to recognize that professional estate management, especially for overseas buyers, is a fundamental aspect of maintaining both superior lifestyle and investment potential. CB Richard Ellis have over 14 years of highly effective estate management experience in Bangkok and more recently in Phuket where we were one of their first clients. Located on-site with a dedicated manager, assistant, technical and cleaning staff they also manage the 24 hour security service.
As an additional service they provide rental, rental management and individual property management services on request. CBRE currently manage Maan Tawan, and will manage Chom Tawan and Tawan Views when construction is completed.

Working from concept designs from Macau-based Andrew Morrison, SPC and Sindu Group are responsible for the construction, systems and infrastructure architecture for Chom Tawan, with specialist M+E consulting work undertaken by EEC Group. All companies are established Bangkok-based multidisciplinary practices with extensive experience in luxury developments, 5 star hotels and public area projects and have worked together on previous projects. Previous experience includes the Regent Hotel in Bangkok, Royal Arcadia and Metropole Hotels in Phuket, Royal Chiang Mai golf club, the Inter Con in Phnom Penh, the Palace Hotel in Beijing and the Hotel Nikko in Hong Kong, The Heights in Bangkok and a number of commercial projects including the Union Mall and the Future park Plaza Rangsit in Bangkok.
Interior architecture and design is a critical part in the definition of a luxury property and Chaba A Design Co are subcontracted to define the architectural character of the inside spaces, encompassing selection of materials, lighting design, ceiling designs, floor pattern designs and fitted furniture. Chaba’s experience includes contracts with high profile private clients, recent renovation of Thai Airways First and Executive lounges in Bangkok, the Sun resort in Krabi and Vijitha Thani villas in Bang-Na.
